The lawyers for french luxury car rental company Advalis submitted their revised conclusion on 29 june in its legal proceedings in paris against the well known Saudi-Ethiopian tycoon Mohammed Hussein Al-Amoudi for unpaid bills.

The lawyers for the defendant now have until 2 September to respond.The case will then be heard on 29 September in the Paris High Court (Tribunal de Grande Instance). The proprietor of Midroc has still not paid the €626.000 debt he admitted owing Advails. out of the total claim  of €2.1 million(ION 1404). In this affair ,al-Amoudi still lays  the blame at the door of his secretary inFrance,Michel Pringarbe who is nevertheless still in his employment. In the main time,Advilis head michael Gadsou is facing serious financial problems and has just received an official notification from the public finance administration that a property he Owens jointly with his son,worth an estimated €400,000,will be auctioned to pay tax arrears estimated at €26,000 .
