Augaro — The inhabitants of Antore Administrative area, Laelai-Gash sub-zone, said that they would extend a helping hand towards ensuring sustainability of social services. They made the pledge at a meeting with the sub-zonal Administrator, Mr. Gide Estifanos, during which he indicated that the social service facilities put in place in the locality have given rise to significant improvement of community livelihood.

He further called on the community members to sustain commitment to environmental conservation taking into account that the locality is endowed with diversity of forestry and wildlife resources.

Mr. Saleh Mohammed-Nur, Head of the PFDJ branch in the sub-zone, urged the inhabitants to practice judicious utilization of social service facilities, besides demonstrating due communal virtue as regards ensuring environmental stability.

Among the inhabitants, Mr. Woldemichael Ogbatsion, Ms. Hiriyti Hanis and Mr. Andai Tsegai expressed satisfaction with the availability of basic social service facilities, including schools and health institutions. They also asserted that they would enhance prudence in connection with their utilization.
