Prof.Merara Gudina  has been charged for exposing the Ethiopian  government state terrorism to US state department.  As today’s Amharic  news paper ,which is called   “Reporter” , vouchsafed that Prof. Merara  has been charged for damaging the image of the country. As Wikileaks discloses the communication between Embassy and State department to the public, US embassy was informed for  the bomb blast in Addis Ababa  and proved that   the blast  was the work of Ethiopian Government.  Prof. Merara’s interview was included  during the confidential report which was faxed  from US Embassy ,Addis Ababa to State department. Prof. Merara is the first person to be charged  as the result of Wikileaks’ disclosure of  confidential reports to the public. US state department is accountable   for its negligence and arrest of Prof. Gudina. Insider reported  that  the Ethiopia government was waiting for time to revenge Prof. Gudina after Wikileaks released the report of US embassy  to state department on Ethiopia Government state terrorism. This arrest is an indication that  the current US government is losing global respect  and recognition even from powerless countries.
