የመልቀቂያ ማሳወቂያ ሳይሰጥ የቀረበው ደብዳቤ

በተቻለ መጠን እርዳታዎን ለመጠየቅ ነፃነትን እወስዳለሁ. ከባለ ከፍተኛ ባለስልጣናት ጋር ስገባ ከኔ አይደብቅም, ለረጅም ጊዜ ከጠፋው አባቴን ለማግኘት የተስፋ ብሩህ ስለየሁኝ. የተከሰተውን አጭር መግለጫ በአጭሩ እነግርሃለሁ.
ኢትዮጵያ, መለኮት ፕሮፌሰር ውስጥ ደብረ ታቦር (ጎንደር ግዛት) በ ግንቦት 30, 1947 የተወለደው አባቴ, ENDESSERACHEW Agmasie, በአሁኑ ወቅት ኢትዮጵያ እና 24 ዓመታት ውስጥ በስውር እስር ቤት ውስጥ ታስረው ነው. እ.ኤ.አ. ሰኔ 19 ቀን 1994 ዓ.ም. (ሰኔ 12 ቀን 1986 ዓ.ም.) ሰኔ 12 ሰአት በ 5 ሰዓት ከሰዓት በኋላ 5 ሰልፈኞቹን አምስቱን የታጠቁ ሰዎች ወደ ስራው ወደ ቤታቸው ከወሰዱ በኋላ ወደ ራም ግሚን (የጋንዳ የቀድሞ ቤተ መንግስት) ወሰዱት. በኢትዮጵያ መንግስት ስር በተሰኘው የማሰቃየት ማዕከል ውስጥ ይሠራል. ምንም አዲስ ቀን ጀምሮ.
ከአንድ ወር በኋላ እኔ በሶማኔ ውስጥ የቤቴማንጊስ እስር ቤት ውስጥ አንድ ጠባቂ ሊጠይቀን መጣ. በዚህ ደብዳቤ ላይ የተቃውሞ ፓርቲ ተቃራኒው ፓርቲው ከፖለቲካ ተቃዋሚዎች አንዱ እንደሆን አድርጎ በመቁጠር በቁጥጥር ስር ውሏል. ይህ ክስ እኔ አባቴ ከጠቅላይ ሀይሌ ሜሴሱ ሌላ ሰው ሳይሆን እራሱ ተሟጋች እና በንቃት ፈልጎ ስላገኘው ነው. በዚህ ደብዳቤ ውስጥ በቁጥጥር ስር, በቁጥጥር ስር, በደል እና በጥቃቱ እንደተገደለ ያብራራል. ከዚህ ደብዳቤ የተነሳ ሁለት ተመሳሳይ ቃላቶች በተመሳሳይ ቃላት ተልከዋል, ከዚያ ምንም ነገር የጠባቂዎቹ ከ 1000 ኪሎሜትር በላይ ተንቀሳቅሰዋል. ከዚያ ቀን ጀምሮ, ብዙ ዜናዎች ቢኖሩንም እንኳ አባታችን በሕይወት እንዳለ እናውቅ እንደሆነ እንኳ አናውቅም ነበር. የአባቴ ቤተሰቦች እና ቤተሰቦች ለብዙ ስጋዎች የተጋለጡ ናቸው, በተለይም ለእኔ, ከኢትዮጵያ ወደ ዱባይ እንድሸሽ ያስገደደኝ እና በኋላ ላይ እራሴን አገኘሁ. በፈረንሳይ ውስጥ የፖለቲካ ስደተኛ በመሆኔ ጥሩ አቀባበል ተደረገልኝ.
አሰቃቂዎቹ ነገሮች ፈጽሞ ሊታሰቡ በማይችሉባቸው በርካታ “ምስጢሮች” ወህኒ ቤቶች ውስጥ አንድ ጊዜ ተይዞ ታምኖበት እንደነበረ በማወቅ ለ 24 አመታት ምንም ዜና የለንም. ከጥቂት ወሮች በፊት አንድ ግዛት ውስጥ የሚገኝ አንድ ሰው ከእነዚህ “ምስጢሮች” ወህኒ ቤቶች ተመልሶ አልፎ አልፎ ከአባቴ ጋር ተገናኘና ከእሱ ጋር የጋብቻ ጥያቄውን ተወያይቷል. በእነዚህ ነገሮች ላይ አንዳንድ ምርምር ያደረገ ሲሆን አባታችን በሕይወት እንዳለ ቤተሰቤን እንዲነግራቸው አንድ ሰው ላከ. እንደዚሁም ይህ እስር ቤት በሰሜናዊ ኢትዮጵያ ትግራይ ክልል ውስጥ ይገኛል. የ 71 ዓመቱን አባቴ ለመልቀቅ በአስቸኳይ እንዲተባበሩ እመክራለሁ, በዚህም ቀሪ ሕይወቱን ሊያሳልፍ, ሊያክመው እና አስፈላጊ ሆኖ ከተገኘም እንደዚሁም ለረዥም ጊዜ ከእስር ከተለቀቀ በኋላ በፍርድ ቤት ተከታትሎ እንዲፈረድ. አግባብ. አስፈላጊ ሆኖ ከተገኘ ተጨማሪ መረጃ ለእርስዎ ለመስጠት ዝግጁ ሆኜ ይቆያል. እገዛ ሊያገኙኝ እንደሚችሉ በመጠቆም, የአዲሲቷን ፕሬዝዳንት ፕሬዚዳንት የእኔን አክብሮት የተሞላበት አስተያየት ያክብሩ.

LETTRE RECOMMANDÉE AVEC AVIS DE RECEPTION
Madame, Monsieur,
Je me permets de m’adresser à vous afin de solliciter votre aide dans la mesure du possible. Je ne vous cache pas si j’interviens auprès de hautes autorités, c’est parce que j’ai une lueur d’espoir pour retrouver mon père disparu depuis très longtemps. Je vous relate en un court résumé ce qui s’est passé.
Mon père, ENDESSERACHEW Agmasie, né le 30 mai 1947 à DEBRETABOR (province de Gondar) en Éthiopie, Professeur de théologie, se trouve actuellement incarcéré dans une prison secrète en Éthiopie et ce depuis 24 ans. Le 19 juin 1994 (calendrier éthiopien 12 juillet 1986) vers 17 h 35 cinq hommes armés sont venus et l’ont enlevé alors qu’il revenait de son travail et l’ont emmené à Ras Gimb (un ancien palais à Gondar) qui était utilisé comme centre de torture souterrain par le gouvernement Éthiopien. Depuis ce jour aucune nouvelle.
Un mois plus tard une tierce personne est venue nous voir de la part d’un gardien de la prison de Betemengist à Gondar désirant garder l’anonymat de peur de risquer sa vie et nous remettre une lettre manuscrite de mon père. Dans cette lettre il nous expliquait qu’il a été arrêté avec l’accusation de faire partie des opposants du gouvernement en l’occurrence le parti opposant ce qui est faux, mon père n’ayant jamais fait de politique. Cette accusation est due au fait que mon père a porté secours à une personne qui n’était autre que le Général Haile MELESE, lui-même opposant et activement recherché. Dans cette lettre il nous expliquait qu’il était enfermé dans un sous-sol, menotté, maltraité et torturé. À la suite de ce courrier nous il nous a encore été transmis deux autres lettres tenant les mêmes propos, puis plus rien, le gardien ayant été muté à plus de 1000 kilomètres. Depuis ce jour, plus de nouvelles, nous ne savions même pas si notre père était encore en vie, malgré nos nombreuses recherches. L’entourage et la famille de mon père a fait l’objet de nombreuses menaces, surtout envers moi-même, ce qui m’a obligé à m’enfuir d’Éthiopie pour me rendre à Dubaï et par la suite je me suis retrouvée en France où j’ai été accueillie avec le statut de réfugiée politique.
Nous sommes restés sans nouvelles depuis 24 ans, sachant que mon père n’a jamais été jugé mais gardé en détention dans une des nombreuses prisons « secrète » où il se passe des choses les plus horribles qu’on ne peut même pas imaginer. Il y a quelques mois une personne faisant partie de l’état, a visité plusieurs de ces prisons « secrètes » et par hasard a rencontré mon père et a discuté avec lui demandant son état civil. Avec ces éléments il a fait des recherches et a envoyé une personne voir ma famille pour leur annoncer que notre père était toujours en vie. D’après les éléments recueillis cette prison serait dans la province de TIGRAI dans le nord de l’Éthiopie. Je vous supplie d’intervenir d’urgence pour obtenir la libération de mon père âgé de 71 ans pour qu’il puisse encore passer des moments restants de sa vie, le soigner et si nécessaire être jugé équitablement devant un tribunal après une si longue détention injustifiée. Je reste à votre disposition pour vous fournir encore de plus amples informations si nécessaire. Dans l’espoir que vous pourriez m’apporter de l’aide, veuillez agréer, Monsieur le Président de la République, l’expression de ma respectueuse considération.

RECOMMENDED LETTER WITH RECEIPT NOTE
Dear,
I take the liberty of addressing you in order to solicit your help as far as possible. I do not hide from you if I intervene with high authorities, it’s because I have a glimmer of hope to find my father who has been missing for a very long time. I tell you in a short summary what happened.
My father, ENDESSERACHEW Agmasie, born May 30, 1947 in DEBRETABOR (province of Gondar) in Ethiopia, Professor of Theology, is currently incarcerated in a secret prison in Ethiopia for 24 years. On 19 June 1994 (Ethiopian calendar, 12 July 1986), at approximately 5:35 pm, five armed men came and took him away on his way home from work and took him to Ras Gimb (an old palace in Gondar) which was used as an underground torture center by the Ethiopian government. Since that day no news.
A month later a third person came to see us from a guard at the Betemengist prison in Gondar who wished to remain anonymous for fear of risking his life and handing us a handwritten letter from my father. In this letter he explained to us that he was arrested with the accusation of being one of the opponents of the government in this case the party opposing what is wrong, my father having never made policy. This accusation is due to the fact that my father helped a person who was none other than General Haile MELESE, himself an opponent and actively sought after. In this letter he explained that he was locked in a basement, handcuffed, abused and tortured. As a result of this mail we were sent two more letters with the same words, then nothing, the guard having been moved more than 1000 kilometers. Since that day, more news, we did not even know if our father was still alive, despite our many searches. My father’s entourage and family was the subject of many threats, especially to me, which forced me to flee from Ethiopia to Dubai and later found myself in France where I was welcomed with the status of political refugee.
We have had no news for 24 years, knowing that my father has never been tried but kept in detention in one of the many “secret” prisons where the most horrible things can not even be imagined. A few months ago a person belonging to the state, visited several of these “secret” prisons and by chance met my father and discussed with him asking for his marital status. With these elements he did some research and sent a person to see my family to tell them that our father was still alive. According to the evidence gathered this prison would be in the province of TIGRAI in northern Ethiopia. I beg you to intervene urgently to secure the release of my 71-year-old father so that he can still spend the rest of his life, treat him and if necessary be judged fairly in court after such a long detention unjustified. I remain at your disposal to provide you with further information if necessary. In the hope that you could bring me help, please accept, Mr. President of the Republic, the expression of my respectful consideration.
